Welcome to CFTA!
Under the “About Us” tab you will read about our history and mission. You also will be introduced to services we presently provide to our constituents and our vision for providing even more value to our members in the future as our organization continues to grow. I have been involved for many years with the individuals who form our constituency, and I assure you that when you associate yourself with them you will find your relationship with them to be both professionally motivating and personally enriching. CFTA is made up of people who often share common needs, common frustrations, and common experiences. But more importantly, they also share a common sense of fulfillment when they are able to help one another. There is nothing like building personal and professional relationships with one’s peers. Professional networking and friend-building have many rewards, not the least of which is the satisfaction of sharing experiences and insights. It feels great to help someone else succeed. And that’s why we’re here. Helping people succeed has always been the real key to the value we bring to members and the public at large. “Facilitating Your Success,” that’s the new slogan you see on our web site. Those are not idle words to us. While the slogan is new, we’ve been working to facilitate the success of our constituents since 1990. The steps we recently took to reorganize our not-for-profit organization are meant to enable us to not only continue to facilitate the success of our historical constituents in higher education but also to begin fostering the success of a growing number of other people who will now join our association. I invite you to attend our events, join CFTA, and help us build Campus FM Technology Association into the type of organization you would like it to be—one that continually expands its services to further facilitate your success.
