How can I become an exhibitor or sponsor?

Where is the Exhibit Hall held?
Exhibit tables will be set up on the 17th floor in and around the conference general session and meal room. 
Biltmore Ballroom: STAR and Diamond Level
L' Apogee Foyer: Gold and Silver  

Do I get a booth/table number?
No, CFTA does not have pre-assigned booth numbers.  Table assignments are made by sponsorship level at the discretion of CFTA. 

Do I have electricity and Wifi?
Yes, electricity and Wifi is provided to all exhibitors. You have the opportunity to select on your sponsorship registration form. 

I would like to host a program or session at the conference.  Who do I contact?
Visit the call for abstracts webpage for more information on how to submit an abstract.  Abstract submissions are closed.

What are the sizes of the Exhibit Hall tables?
Each exhibitor will be provided with a 6' x 30 ".  Your table comes covered with two chairs.  Electricity and WIFI are available.  If you prefer to have a tall cocktail round instead of a 6' x 30", please contact Ann Hollins at [email protected] to secure this set up.
This is a often used when exhibitors have a small backdrop or pop up signage.

Ceiling height in some exhibit areas is 9.5' 

May exhibitors attend conference sessions?
All sponsorship levels include conference session admission.  You are strongly encouraged to attend! 

Where do I ship my exhibit packages to?

Items should be shipped to the following address, to arrive no earlier than (3) three days prior to the conference.

**Please be sure to note 'CAMPUS FM' somewhere on the packaging label to ensure proper storage and accessibility.  The hotel staff will not move palettes and/or crates. 

Return packages should be coordinated by each exhibitor:

Exhibitors are responsible for packing items up themselves and sealing the boxes.

Everyone should bring their return labels with them and affix them to packages after sealing.  Requests for pick up should be made by the person shipping the package as well – pick up instructions should be ‘shipping and receiving’ and NOT front desk.  

FedEx and UPS do come regularly to the hotel but calling in for pickup is recommended. 

On the final day of the conference, the hotel shipping and receiving clerk can pick up all outgoing packages and take to our shipping and receiving area.

What is a Spark Session and how do I participate?
Gold, Diamond, and STAR Partners will be given the opportunity for a short rapid fire presentation on their solution in front of all attendees.  We encourage you to have fun and engage with the audience.  

Gold, Diamond, and STAR Partners will receive more information mid-July from CFTA President and President Elect. There will be no presentation slides during the Spark Session this year.  

Will I have access to the conference attendee list? 
Gold, Diamond, and STAR Partners will receive one week prior to the conference.  The conference attendee list will be sent Yes, view our Conference Attendee List Use Restrictions page for information. There will also be a conference mobile app.
