Conference Registration  **NOW OPEN**

Both active CFTA members and non-members may register for the conference.  The cost is the same for both members and non-members but different for campus professionals and commercial business solution providers.  

All campus members receive a complimentary 2023 membership*.
*The CFTA membership year is 08/01/2023 - 07/31/2024

Use our Letter of Justification template to assist you in submitting for approval to attend.  

INDIVIDUAL CAMPUS (non-profit, non-commercial)  

Registration  |  $900  |  March - July 15th 
*LATE Registration  |  $1000  |  July 16th - July 22nd
All individual campus (non-commercial) representatives receive a complimentary one (1) year membership for the 7/31/23 - 8/1/24 membership year. Membership activates at the time of conference registration and will show through 7/31/23 with auto renewal set for 8/1/23 -7/31/24. 
 

*Late registration attendees not guaranteed conference giveaways.  

BUSINESS PARTNER (for profit, commercial) 

Registration  |  $1025  |  March - July 15th           
*LATE Registration  |  $1150  |  July 16th  - July 22nd 
 
Business Partner Sponsors have the unique opportunity to receive complimentary registration and membership based on their level.  If you are registering under a confirmed sponsorship, please use your special code sent to you from CFTA. 
 

PRE-CONFERENCE TECHNICAL SESSIONS

  • $100 per person if purchased during general registration  
  • Registration required and includes all sessions, morning break and lunch
  • May be purchased with conference registration or separately.

CFTA reserves the right to extend promotional offers and discounts to partnering organizations and potential members at any time.  These offers or discounts are provided at the discretion of CFTA .  Requests to apply a discount code to a previously submitted registration will not be granted.
