Where is the Exhibit Hall held?
In the ballroom and main corridor of the Sheraton Austin Hotel.

Do I get a booth number?
No, CFTA does not have pre-assigned booth numbers.


Do I have electricity and Wifi?

Yes, electricity and Wifi is provided to all exhibitors.


Do we need to pay addition for porter service?

Boxes sent to the hotel will be delivered to the exhibitor area.


I would like to host a program or session at the conference.  Who do I contact?

I am a presenter.  What information do I need to know?

Where is the conference schedule?

The CFTA conference schedule will be available on cfta.org early spring of the conference year.

What are the sizes of the Exhibit Hall tables?
Each exhibitor will be provided with a 6' x 2.5 ' table in an 8'x 8' space.  Your table comes covered and skirted with two chairs.  Electricity is available.


May exhibitors attend conference sessions?

All registration levels include conference session admittance.  


Where do I ship my booth to?

1) Items should be shipped to the following address, to arrive no earlier than date TBD

Return packages should be coordinated by each exhibitor:
- UPS or FedEx only
- Exhibitors will need to create and print the shipping label, tape and seal the box, and affix the label.
- Hotel staff will transport the shipment to the dock.
- No pick-up is required to be scheduled.  UPS and FedEx deliver and pick-up daily to the hotel, so we will send it out to the appropriate carrier at the next delivery/pick-up hotel time (same day or next day depending on what time they arrive that day and when we receive the shipment from the vendor).

Conference giveaways from CFTA business partners are welcome.  You can give your giveaway to the CFTA Conference Planner during the conference or email [email protected] to coordinate.


What is a Spark Session and how do I participate?

All exhibitors will be given the opportunity for a short rapid fire presentation on their solution in the ballroom in front of all attendees.  Learn more


Why isn't my business name listed as a CFTA Business Partner on the website or flyer?

New partners who register for the next conference will be included in the conference program and receive verbal or digital announcements throughout the conference.  The CFTA website and flyer will be updated following the conference.  CFTA membership begins and ends the first day of our annual conference.
