Parking
On-site parking is available at $8 USD hourly, $15 USD daily and is subject to change

Included with the Expo
  • All tabletop exhibitors will receive (1) 6ft table, skirted and two chairs
  • Electric at your your exhibit table and free WiFi
  • Spark Session (submit your form by July 12th)
  • Exhibitors are encouraged to attend General Sessions, Breakout Sessions, Campus Tours, and Special Event
  • All meal functions starting with the Welcome Reception on Tuesday

The Conference will be held at the Sheraton Austin Hotel at the Capitol, and a room rate of $189/tax per day is available until Monday, July 8, 2019 by 6pm Central Time or until the rate sells out - whichever comes first.

Credit card authorization per the Marriott
in order to be compliant with current PCI standards, we no longer utilize paper credit card authorization forms. Guests who need an authorization should contact the hotel at 512-478-1111, so that an electronic form can be sent for them to complete.  There is contact information on the conference reservation website as well.

Exhibit Load In/Load Out Details

Load In:
  • Tuesday, July 30, 1:30 - 5:00 PM
  • Tables will be marked with organizations name onsite
Load Out:
  • Thursday, August 1, 4-6pm

Meals
All conference breaks, lunch and receptions are included with exhibitor registration. The conference kicks off at Tuesday evening’s reception.

Additional Services
To order additional services, please request a services order form by emailing [email protected] (please include your organization name on any forms you submit).

Available services include items such as:

  • Rental of laptops, monitors and easels
  • Food & Beverage needs at your exhibit table

Exhibit Sustainably
We ask that you consider the following:

  • Digital options over printed materials
  • Don’t bring more brochures than you need!  We expect 200+ conference attendees.
  • Print locally, on post-consumer recycled paper
  • If you're shipping items, use recyclable packaging or purchase materials locally
  • Limit giveaways to useful items for attendees
