The University of Rhode Island will present a pilot project showcasing how indirect cost rate functions can be effectively mapped and analyzed within ArcGIS. This visualization leverages base-year data to evaluate performance across multiple scales—university, campus, building, and individual space—providing actionable insights that support strategic space planning and research investment decisions.

CFTA Water Coolers give members a virtual outlet to connect and share ideas & best practices with peers in the FM Technology field, as if they were catching up by the office water cooler.

Held every 3rd Thursday of the month, the topic of discussion is chosen in advance and led by active CFTA members in a casual Zoom format. Registration invites are sent each month to active members only.
