Join the AssociationCampus FM Technology Association accepts both individual and affiliate membership enrollments. Membership is open to both non-commercial (not-for-profit) and commercial institutions and businesses. Memberships held by employees of non-commercial institutions are voting memberships. Voting members may vote in member meetings and serve as Association officers. Memberships held by employees or owners of commercial institutions, for-profit businesses, and companies that provide services to CFTA members for a fee are business partner memberships. Business partner members enjoy many membership benefits except that business partner members may not vote in member meetings and may not serve as Association officers. The CFTA membership year aligns with our annual user conference. In doing so, attendees will represent a majority of our voting members and the association can hold important voting procedures during the All Member Meeting. The membership term begins August 1st and ends on July 31st. Members are entitled to all benefits associated to their member level during that time period. Memberships purchased within that 12 month time period are prorated and will expire on the upcoming July 31st. Purchase of conference registration prior to the conference activates membership immediately and extends member benefits through the following membership term.
